For your infrared sauna session, make sure to drink plenty of water the day of your session so you are really well hydrated.  Your hydration level will play a role in how much you sweat.  If you are dehydrated you will sweat less.  Wearing a bathing suit is ideal, but workout shorts and a tank work too.  The less clothes you have on the more you sweat.  We have spa music playing, but you are welcome to listen to your own music or podcast with Air pods or earbuds.  There is a bamboo charcoal towel and tea tree spray to wipe your sweat off before you leave.  We do not recommend showering until at least 30 minutes after your sauna session.  It takes 30 minutes in our infrared saunas to raise your core body temperature, and it will take another 30 minutes for your core body temperature to return to normal.  During that time you are still detoxing, and a shower immediately after will stop the detox process before realizing its full benefits.  Lay down, relax or take a nap, and enjoy the passive cardio workout and sweat!
