SAUNA ETIQUETTE

Please arrive 10 minutes before your session begins

 

Clients should hydrate before each session with at least 8oz. of water to prepare their body for an increase in core temperature

Please wear appropriate clothing for your sauna session – swimsuit, gym shorts and T-shirt or tank

Please turn your cell phone on silent during all sessions

Please refrain from talking on your cell phone during all sessions

Your session is a time to relax and unwind, and detox from your cell phone 

If you ever get too hot during your session, please push the pod down to cool off, or get out of your pod if you feel you have sweat enough

Please use headphones to listen to your own music

Please use spa level voices to be respectful of others during their sessions

Please be courteous to other customers in leaving the room after your session promptly, as we allow for 5-10 minutes after each session

Please do not touch the buttons on the control box or move the box as it could cause a disruption in your session

After each session, clients should drink at least 24oz. of water or electrolyte to re-hydrate

We recommend to shower 30-60 minutes after your session concludes, as you are still detoxing and healing as your body naturally cools itself down
